Workers are integrated into the Agency for Development and Cohesion's specific staffing map as follows:

1 - In the CCDR North, those who work in the Northern Regional Operational Programme (North 2020);

2 - At CCDR Centre, those who work in the Centre Regional Operational Programme (Centre 2020);

3 - At CCDR LVT, those who work in the Lisbon Regional Operational Programme (Lisbon 2020);

4 - At CCDR Alentejo, those who work in the Alentejo Regional Operational Programme (Alentejo 2020);

5 - At CCDR Algarve, those who work in the Algarve Regional Operational Programme (CRESC Algarve 2020).

The powers attributed to the Agency, in terms of career repositioning, changes in remuneration, mobility and the recruitment of new workers, are now attributed to the CCDR, with the necessary adaptations.

What advantages does it bring?

This decree-law contributes to the strengthening of the CCDR in the framework of the territorial cohesion programmes in which they participate and strengthens the attachment of the workers concerned to the regions in which they work.

When does it enter into force?

This decree-law enters into force on 15 October 2020.
