This decree-law aims to enhance the built and natural heritage, which is essential for regional development and for the promotion of tourism throughout the national territory.
The management of the Fund promotes the creation of employment and local economy, as well as the use of local products and recovery of properties integrated in it, always considering environmental policies. It is therefore an alternative to new construction and encourages private initiative investments in land planning.When does it enter into force?
This decree-law enters into force on the day following its publication.
